She has also contributed to community initiatives as a board member for the Developmental Disabilities Institute and as a volunteer coach for South Huntington Youth Lacrosse, mentoring young female athletes.

An alumna of Sacred Heart University, Morgan earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government with a concentration in Communications.
