She serves as a Council Member and Chairperson for Women of NAMM (WoN), an organization focused on promoting female leadership and professional development in the music products and entertainment technology sectors. She has also contributed to community initiatives as a board member for the Developmental Disabilities Institute and as a volunteer coach for South Huntington Youth Lacrosse, mentoring young female athletes.

An alumna of Sacred Heart University, Morgan earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government with a concentration in Communications.
