As a Regional Manager at WeWork, he managed a team responsible for delivering commercial real estate projects with a cumulative budget of approximately $1 billion annually. He also played a key role in developing regional design standards to improve energy efficiency and occupant experience across multiple projects. At Buro Happold, he was a Senior Mechanical Engineer working on large-scale sustainable projects, including the Hertz headquarters and the Engineering Research Center at Brown University.

Marino’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, with a focus on Sustainable Design from Vanderbilt University, where he also participated in the university’s men’s lacrosse team.
