In his current leadership role, he manages multiple teams, oversees recruitment and training, handles administrative functions, and collaborates with other departments to ensure compliance and security standards are upheld.

Before entering the gaming industry, Petrilli worked as a Night Auditor and Manager for Delco Development and as a Substitute Teacher in the Bloomfield Public School District. His background in education and hospitality helped build strong communication and problem-solving skills that carry into his current profession.
